We want you to be happy with your Kallarje purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Digital Music Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all music download sales are final once the digital file has been delivered or accessed. Digital downloads are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If you experience a technical issue receiving or downloading your purchased music, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

T-Shirts & Physical Merchandise
We accept returns or exchanges of eligible physical merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for items returned due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us. Kallarje will cover the cost of correcting the order when the error is ours.

Starting a Return or Exchange
Please contact us through the Book Kallarje / Contact page before sending any merchandise back. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Kallarje.
